FCS Suneet Singh Grover is Commerce Graduate, Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi and Law Degree Holder. He has been practicing as Company Secretary and Corporate Consultant for over a decade in the field of Corporate Laws, Labour Laws, FEMA/RBI, Taxation Laws, Accounts/Audits and many more.

FCS Suneet Singh Grover had first established his Sole Proprietorship firm in 2012 and then registered it as a Private Company in 2013 to launch the concept of all professional services under on shelter for the benefit of individuals and organization to establish business in India. He aspires to simplify the process of starting and managing a business helping entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality.

He envisioned a platform that would provide comprehensive support and guidance to aspiring business owners at every step of their journey. His inclination for innovation and dedication to empowering others led to the creation of SG Legals Private Limited that believes that every business idea deserves a chance to thrive, and with SG Legals Private Limited, they aim to make that vision a reality.

Since then, he has helped many individuals and organizations within and outside India to establish business in India, with the support of its Internal staff and Associated partners such as Advocates, Chartered Accountant who supports the company whenever required in the Big projects.
